Residents file a request against their unit. The manager triages, assigns to internal staff or an external vendor, and tracks it through Open, In Progress, Awaiting Parts, Resolved, Closed. Photos, comments, attachments. If you handle several buildings, you'll see all your open work in one place rather than per building.
